Each session is private and one-on-one. Pilates session are 60 minutes. Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions are 75 minutes.
Programs are customized so you reach your own personal goals and facilitate optimal vitality. Sessions are tailored to your ability and preference at the time of the session and I follow the cues that the your body communicates on that day. I’ll combine appropriate movements and techniques geared toward gradual, lasting change. If practiced on a regular basis, Pilates has the power to transform and improve the quality of your life.

I custom design a program just for you to address your individual needs to move pain free with greater ease, grace and confidence.
These customized sessions will help to strengthen core muscles, reduce back pain, tone the pelvic floor, improve balance and build awareness in relaxing and controlling breath – which is so important for labor and birth. My extensive training in anatomy, fitness and rehabilitation combined with a deep understanding of all stages of pregnancy has provided me to safely guide you through your first and subsequent pregnancies.
Pilates is not only one of the best fitness programs for rebuilding a body after pregnancy, it also prepares the body for the demands of motherhood. I understand the concept of meeting a body where it is during the postnatal period. I am well versed in working with postnatal women – listening, supporting and evaluating each individual body to safely encourage core strength and giving your body the support it needs for the physical demands of motherhood.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a revolutionary, pain free method of assisted stretching that creates a lasting change in the body. We relieve pain caused by tension in muscles, joints and fascia by using your body as leverage, gently moving in wave-like motions to create traction and calm the nervous system. FST allows for greater gains than traditional stretching by extending a stretch to the joint capsule and beyond. FST is pain-free, affective and gentle even during or after pregnancy.
Improve joint, ligament, muscle, tendon and fascia function with a decompressing, pain free assisted stretch after your Pilates session. FST and Pilates can be effective and gentle even during pregnancy or after. I will combine 45-minutes of Pilates with 30-minutes of upper or lower body FST. This session helps to relieve pain caused by tension, makes gains in flexibility/range of motion, and improves posture, agility and strength while calming the nervous system.
