Kelly brings 35 years of expertise in health, fitness, and rehabilitation, including a decade in a clinical setting working alongside a diverse team of Western and Eastern doctors and movement specialists. This collaborative experience has shaped her distinctive, holistic approach to Pilates. Known for her keen observational skills and intuitive understanding of the body, Kelly excels at improving balance, strength, and functional movement.

Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with a diverse range of clients, including those seeking to improve movement skills, prenatal and postpartum women, active older adults, and individuals managing chronic pain and overuse syndromes.
